Plan filed for 175 Georgetown units, all to be affordable

The project looks to be TWG’s third affordable housing development in the area.

Two years ago, Georgetown Community Development LLC paid $3.8 million to assemble a development site at 402. S Lucile St., a little west of Georgetown proper. Some of the acquisition funding came from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, indicating a future affordable housing project.
