Eastlake corner trades for almost $8M, with 93 units planned

The roof deck and west-facing units on Lago’s upper floors will have views of Lake Union.

As planned, the Knickerbocker Building, at 2720 Eastlake Ave. E., has sold for nearly $7.8 million to a development group led by Pastakia + Associates. A new 93-unit apartment building is planned for the corner of East Hamlin Street.
