MainStreet breaks ground on 140 Kirkland units

The Kirkland developer has adopted a biophilic theme for its latest project.

On a site it owns in Kirkland, at 10930 116th Ave. N.E., MainStreet Property Group has broken ground on a 140-unit apartment project, now dubbed The Pine. (It previously went by Emerald and Salu.) The old industrial building that was once home to Edge Concrete has been demolished, and MainStreet affiliate GenCap Construction is building the midrise project. Dahlin Group is the architect.
