Port of Everett seeks private developer for waterfront project

The development opportunity is to build out the Millwright District.

The Port of Everett is seeking private developers interested in partnering on the next phase of its 65-acre Waterfront Place mixed-use project. Waterfront Place is a 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development located at the waterfront near the downtown core in Everett. The development includes the Everett Marina - the largest public Marina on the West Coast - with 2,300 slips and 5,000 linear feet of guest moorage.
