Alexandria sells Clarion $364M stake in SLU life-sciences building

Alexandria bought its SLU site before the Great Recession, and didn’t begin construction for another nine years.

A 70% stake in the 400 Dexter Ave. N. building, mostly leased to Bristol-Myers Squibb, will trade for about $364 million, according to broker Newmark. King County hasn't yet recorded the pending deal.
