Aurora retail center sells for $25M

SEATTLE — The fairly new Sprouts, at 13010 Aurora. Ave. N., sold for $25 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kitchell Development of Phoenix, which acquired the property in 2018 for $8 million. It was then a shuttered former Albertsons, which Kitchell later converted into a new Sprouts grocery store and companion HomeGoods store.
