Bridge pays $158M for 160 acres in Tacoma

  • 2 million-square-foot industrial project is planned.

    The project could have five buildings between the BNSF tracks and Tyler Street.

    Through an LLC, Bridge Industrial has paid over $158.3 million for a very large swath of undeveloped BNSF land at or near 4802 S. Burlington Way, according to Pierce County records. On about 160 acres, Bridge is planning what it calls Bridge Point Tacoma 2MM, which is projected to have about 2.3 million square feet in a planned five industrial/logistics buildings. Synthesis is designing the project, which Sierra will build.
