Watershed Building ground lease sells for $65M

The building architect, Weber Thompson, has its offices at Watershed.

The ground lease for the new Watershed Building, at 900 N. 34th St., has sold for $65 million, according to King County records. The building, developed by Spear Street Capital and Hess Callahan Grey Group, remains under their ownership. The land is still owned by Fremont Dock Co.
