334 Bellevue units sell for almost $144M

The Ridgedale, at 14111 S.E. Sixth St. and related addresses, has sold for nearly $143.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was The Ridgedale Holdings LLC, associated with Ezralow Co., which acquired the Bellevue property in 2012 for almost $56.9 million. It was then called The Valencia.

The buyer was Oama Ridgedale LLC, which is associated with Abacus Capital Group. Both parties have offices in Southern California. Brokers were not announced. The deal was worth about $430,730 per unit, quite high for garden apartments of that vintage.
