Big Bel-Red site trades for $42M

No new plans have been filed for the triangle, which walkable to the Spring District and its future light rail station.

An over 3-acre Bellevue retail/commercial complex at 12121 Northup Way has sold for $42 million, according to King County records. The seller of Northup Center was This ’L Dew Properties LLC, associated with Eastside broker and investor John Lashley, which had owned the property for decades. He’s now retired to Tucson. Public records indicate a $36 million loan from the seller to the buyer.
