Amazon opens new Lacey logistics center

Amazon occupies the largest building (top) at Bridge Point Lacey.

Amazon last week announced the opening of its new 510,000-square-foot facility at 3300 Hogum Bay Road N.E. in Lacey. That's the largest of three buildings developed as Bridge Point Lacey by Bridge Industrial; the entire project sold last year before the Amazon lease. Neil Walter Co. was then brokering the space.
