Northgate medical offices sell for $4M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small medical office building at 320 N.E. 97th St. sold for just under $4 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Kraken Rink Link LLC, which is associated with Ironwood Commercial Real Estate. There appears to be no link to the NHL Kraken, which has its practice facility at few steps north at Northgate Station.
