Lee Johnson buys Kirkland building

By JOURNAL STAFF

KIRKLAND — An industrial building in Kirkland at 13513 N.E. 126th Place has sold for $11 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was TLJ Real Property Investments LLC, which is associated with Lee Johnson, the auto dealer and investor that's recently been very active in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland.
