Healthpeak pays $42.5M for First Hill corner

    The seller is planning a new building at Yesler Terrace, which clears a path to future redevelopment of this old clinic at 700 Broadway.

    A small old medical office building at 700 Broadway has sold for $42.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Northwest Kidney Centers, which had owned the property for decades. It's on the corner of Cherry Street, directly east of the Swedish First Hill campus.
