Licton Springs land sells for $11M

SEATTLE — A roughly 2-acre development site at 9201 Densmore Ave. N. and related addresses sold for just under $11 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was 9202 Woodlawn LLC, which is associated with Shelter Urban Partners. Public records indicate a loan from Goldman Sachs. With Vandervort Architects, Shelter Homes is planning about 42 townhouses in a complex of four-story buildings.
