Prologis pays over $18M for Lucid-leased SoDo property

Nissan got a new luxury tenant for the empty building, then decided to sell the property.

What used to be a Nissan dealership, recently developed then abruptly closed at 3412 Airport Way S., has sold for over $18.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC associated with Nissan, which last year foreclosed on the property. Three local partners had assembled the property for about $5.5 million during the past half-dozen years, with Nissan as their underwriter.
