Eastside offices sell for $18M

BELLEVUE — An office building at 2600 116th Ave. N.E. in Bellevue sold earlier this month for $18 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Twilight Properties LLC, associated with Burnstead Construction, which acquired the land in 1999 for $1.7 million, then developed it.
