NBBJ ready for design review for Block 15 at Spring District

Over at the Spring District in Bellevue, the future Block 15 building will go directly east of the former REI building now owned by Facebook. The working address for the site is 1209 124th Ave. N.E., which is on the corner of the new Spring Boulevard. NBBJ is designing the 11-story project for Wright Runstad and Shorenstein Properties. It's slated to have about 315,00 square feet of offices, plus 5,000 square feet of retail. It'll be the seventh office building in the 36-acre development.
