Wiley adds to Redmond holdings

Both the prior assemblage and new site are a short walk to the future light rail station.

In yet another Redmond land deal near Marymoor Park and the future light rail station, investor and developer J. Patrick Wiley has paid $14.2 million for a 2-acre industrial property at 17965 N.E. 65th St. King County recorded the sale on Wednesday; the buyer of record was Oakridge Holdings LLC.
