In yet another Redmond land deal near Marymoor Park and the future light rail station, investor and developer J. Patrick Wiley has paid $14.2 million for a 2-acre industrial property at 17965 N.E. 65th St. King County recorded the sale on Wednesday; the buyer of record was Oakridge Holdings LLC.
