Cantera and Jackson Main file plans for Time Oil site in Interbay

Looking south, the southern inland site appears to closer to developing, with the northern waterfront site then likely to follow.

Almost one year ago, Cantera Development Group of Chicago paid about $5.6 million for the polluted former Time Oil property, at 2805 W. Commodore Way in Interbay. (The low price reflects the considerable cost of cleanup.) The general idea is to first remediate the nearly 11-acre former tank farm, then redevelop — likely in phases. Most of property is zoned up to 65 feet.
