Lee Johnson buys Roosevelt corner, with more deals pending

A medical office building, bound for demolition, sold for $3.8 million, according to King County records. The seller at 7210 Roosevelt Way N.E. was Bambina LLC, a family group that acquired the property in 2001 for over $2 million.

The buyer was 7210 Investments LLC, an opaque entity associated with a 1031 exchange facilitator. But with architect Freiheit, there's a plan in progress to raze the old building, which extends from Northeast 73rd to 72nd streets, and put up a new auto service building for Lee Johnson. The DJC first reported that plan in August.
