Bellwether's 60-unit Greenwood project in for design review

Bellwether Housing owns nearly an acre at 8601 Fremont Ave. N., immediately south of the Boys & Girls Club property in Greenwood. It began planning about a year ago, with Encore Architects, for an affordable housing complex. That proposal is now in administrative design review with the city.

The basic program is two three-story buildings with about 60 units. Those apartments would run from studios to three-bedrooms, in a range from around 384 to 1,040 square feet.
