Legacy opens Maris, with 306 West Seattle units

Legacy’s two buildings are a short walk west to Alaska Junction.

Legacy Partners received its certificate of occupancy this week for what it now calls Maris, at 4722 Fauntleroy Way S.W. in West Seattle. The two-building complex has 306 units, and the leasing effort has now begun — with an initial discount of four weeks of free rent.
