272 Rainier Valley units, mostly affordable, up for second design review

The unnamed project is one of two that OZ Navigator is planning close to Othello Station.

The second design review for an OZ Navigator workforce housing project, right near Othello Station, will be on Dec. 7, in a likely virtual presentation. Neiman Taber is designing the eight-story apartment project at 7324 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S., which is slated to have 272 units and about 2,700 square feet of ground-floor retail.
