AMLI, SCB show early plan for 376 Redmond units

This perspective looks south from Redmond Way, with the east building and 76 station at left, and the west building at right. The proposed Avondale extension is in between.

A few steps east of the future Downtown Redmond Station, AMLI is planning to redevelop the former Value Village property, at 16771 Redmond Way. It acquired the 3-acre site last December in an over $26 million deal that also included some neighboring retail.
