This view looks souththeast toward the midblock project, which is a short walk to the Fred Meyer and Greenwood commercial strip.

Up in Greenwood, Sensa Homes of Bellevue owns the Georgia's Greek Deli and Restaurant property at 325 N.W. 85th St.; and it has a demolition permit in place. A master use permit is pending for its planned 73-unit, five-story apartment project, which was designed by Cone Architecture.
