BOTHELL — An Extra Space Storage facility at 17811 Bothell Everett Highway sold for $26.3 million, according to Snohomish County records.
The seller was MC Mini-Storage LLC, associated with Azose Commercial Properties, which had owned the property for decades — and may have developed it.
