104 Eastlake units clear SEPA hurdle

Looking northwest, the building would rise seven levels from the alley, and have terraces with views to Lake Union.

Plans for redeveloping the corner at 3101 Eastlake Ave. E. go back some two years. Pryde Development now owns about half the site, where Clark Barnes is designing a five-story, 104-unit apartment building. No permits have been issued, but the project recently received a SEPA determination of non-significance from the city, which moves it closer to a master use permit.
