Land under Kinects sells for $4.2M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A ground-leased patch of land at 1823 Minor Ave. sold for $4.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Tritell LLC, associated with the Bartell family, which had long owned the land on which Security Properties completed the 40-story Kinects apartment tower in 2017.
