Bel-Red townhouse site trades for $33M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — The DJC first reported yesterday on Taylor Development's 96-unit townhouse plan at 12727 Northup Way. Now, through an LLC, the developer has paid $33 million for the 5.2-acre Cascade Place II business park.

That's in the Bel-Red area, near the future Bel-Red/130th Station, where light-rail service begins in 2023.
