Tishman may start big Bellevue office project next year

    This view looks northeast at the project, with Main at right. The two south buildings are mostly concealing the two north buildings.

    Since the land sold this spring to Tishman Speyer, its plan for 100 112th Ave. N.E., where the old Sheraton Bellevue is bound for demolition, has changed in a predictable direction. The one midrise apartment building once planned by seller PMF Investments and architect CollinsWoerman — now replaced by Danish firm Henning Larsen Design — is gone.
