A two-tower office project in downtown Bellevue has a new name. The project, at 500 112th Ave. N.E., once called Bellevue Straits, is now called Terraline.
Lane Partners is the developer for the nearly 1.2 million-square-foot project. Goldman Sachs is Lane Partners' financial partner. Gensler is the architect. Sellen is the general contractor. OAC will oversee construction as the developer's representative.
In addition to the name change, as per the latest design review documents, new renderings have been released. The project consists of two 500,000-square-foot, 27-story towers, with over 1 million square feet of office space. There is also 16,000 square feet of retail on the tower's ground floors and an underground garage with 1,190 parking stalls.
A public plaza connects the two towers. Looking at the latest renderings, the project appears to include ample rooftop space.
Lane is projecting a late 2022 groundbreaking and 2025 occupancy.
