After Solara buy, MIG is planning light renovations

Solara includes three six-story buildings around a central courtyard.

MIG Real Estate on Tuesday officially announced it paid $84 million for Solara, a 238-unit apartment complex at 12736 Lake City Way N.E. in Seattle, and is planning a few renovations. The DJC first reported the sale on Oct. 15.
