Office building planned in Redmond

Looking east, the new building would complement the owner’s existing building to the east.

A little north of downtown Redmond, the owner of a vacant lot at 8412 164th Ave. N.E. has filed plans for a two-story, 10,000-square-foot office building. The proposal, by Magellan Architects, will have a virtual design review presentation on Thursday.
