RDG expands project to 199 Roosevelt units

This project is one of two that Roosevelt Development Group is planning on the same block; RDG has well over 900 units planned around the new station.

It can be hard to track Roosevelt Development Group's many apartment projects near Roosevelt Station. Planning began several years back for about 5 acres mostly ground leased from the Sisley family. Some of the nine buildings, with about 937 units, opened before Roosevelt Station debuted this fall; others are still pending.
