Issaquah site sells for $12M, with new Ford dealership planned

The dealer’s new building will be about two miles east from its current leased location.

Plans go back at least four years for a new Evergreen Ford Lincoln dealership in Issaquah — evidently to replace its current location. Now, two years after a SEPA determination of non-significance from the city, and following an unsuccessful appeal to the Issaquah Hearing Examiner, and after a lot boundary adjustment, there's been a $12 million land sale for the vacant, nearly 4-acre site at 6721 230th Ave. S.E. That's on the north side of I-90, a little east of downtown, and just east of Front Street North.
