Alliance sells new Tukwila retirement community for $85M

Peeking out above Marvelle is the 19-story Hotel Interurban, Tukwila’s tallest building.

The fairly new Marvelle at Southcenter, a senior housing project at 411 Baker Blvd. in Tukwila , has sold for $85 million, according to King County records. The seller was CRP/AR Tukwila Owner LLC, associated with Alliance Residential, which acquired the land in 2018 for $4.2 million, then developed it.
