MainStreet pays over $14M for Redmond site

This is the smaller Gateway building, on the northeast corner of the site; that and the larger Avenue would total about 211 units near the future light rail station. Gateway is programmed to have one large commercial bay suited for a cafe.

As planned, MainStreet Property Group has purchased a property near Marymoor Park, where it’s planning the five-story, 211-unit Spark apartments, with Tiscareno Associates as its architect.
