136 Capitol Hill units planned for expanded site

Looking west, the second north parcel is the trapezoidal warehouse on Madison, with the white roof.

The land hasn't sold yet, but a prior Capitol Hill apartment plan at 1314 E. Union St. now seems likely to expand onto a neighboring parcel. Euclid Development and Board & Vellum had proposed in May a seven-story, 80-unit building.
