$16M sale for 60 Capitol Hill units

SEATTLE — In the second of three previously announced sales, the Low Income Housing Institute has acquired an empty new apartment building at 420 Boylston Ave. E. King County recorded the $16 million sale on Monday.

The seller was 420 Boylston Ave E LLC, associated with Johnson Carr, which acquired the midblock property in 2018 for over $2.3 million, then developed the seven-story, 60-unit project. Its total project size is listed at 26,247 square feet.
