Following foreclosure, URG partners with KKR in Portland mall refresh

Keep the rink? You bet, says URG.

Local shop Urban Renaissance Group announced this week that it's partnering with investment giant KKR on a planned refresh of Lloyd Center, a tired, struggling 61-year-old mall in East Portland. The mall is east of downtown and the Willamette River, at 2201 Lloyd Center. It's in the Irvington neighborhood, also sometimes called the Lloyd District.
