Chinn to build 122 Ballard units for J. Selig

The Ballard Firestone, at 1145 N.W. Market St., is slowly grinding closer to its final clearance sale for snow tires, though it may survive to next winter. The city recently approved the final design for a new seven-story, 122-unit apartment plan from architect Mithun and property owner J. Selig Real Estate.
