Kamiak acquires second 12th Ave. site, with 134 units planned

Kamiak Real Estate recently began construction on one 12th Avenue apartment building, a little east of Yesler Terrace and not far south of Seattle University. That's the north project.

A few steps farther south, at 119 12th Ave. and related addresses, three separate sellers recently traded their properties to a Kamiak-related LLC. The deals were worth $6.5 million; King County recorded the sales over the past week or so. Brokers were not announced.
