ACG pays $30M for big Totem Lake site, with 494 units planned

An old business and office park at 12700 N.E. 124th St. has sold for $30 million, according to King County records. The buyer was ACG Totem LLC, associated with American Capital Group of Bellevue, which is planning a new mixed-use apartment building with about 494 units.
