Capitol Hill corner sells for over $7M

SEATTLE — A commercial building at 1205 E. Pike St. in Seattle sold last week for $7.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Pike 12 LLC, associated with investor David Zarett and Zarett Properties, which acquired the property in 1995 for $555,000.

The buyer was 1205 East Pike LLC, which is associated with a Tacoma investor. Public records indicate a loan from the seller.
