The Post, with 208 downtown Seattle units, sells for $107M

A name change appears to be coming soon for the building, though the doughnut shop will remain.

The Post, at 888 Western Ave., sold last week for $107.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was 888 Western Avenue Apartments Capital LLC, associated with UBS Realty, which acquired the apartment project from original developer Goodman Real Estate in 2017 for a very non-market price. More on that opaque deal below.
