Queen Anne classic trades for over $10M

The streetcar ran past Galer Crest when it was constructed at the top of the counterbalance hill.

Galer Crest, one of handsomest apartment buildings on Queen Anne Hill, sold last week for just over $10.6 million, according to King County records. The seller at 1428 Queen Anne Ave. N. was the Rosenthal family, which had owned the property for decades.
