Bellwether, Walsh break ground on 200 affordable Bitter Lake units

The corner site is a block west of Aurora.

Bellwether Housing announced that it's breaking ground this week at 916 N. 143rd St., where SMR Architects designed a seven-story, 200-unit affordable housing project. It's replacing some old industrial buildings on the corner of Linden Avenue North. That's in the Bitter Lake neighborhood, a block west of Aurora Avenue North.
