Warehouse site sells for over $13M

FREDERICKSON — A future development site at 5918 176th St. E. recently sold for about $13.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The buyer was BCP-Frederickson LLC, associated with Bertch Capital Partners of Redmond, which is planning a nearly 140,400-square-foot warehouse, also to include some offices.
