Business park trades for $25M

By JOURNAL STAFF

MUKILTEO — Sterling Business Park, at 8229 44th Ave. W. in Mukilteo, sold last week for $25 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Sterling Realty Organization, which acquired the property in 2005 for about $16.8 million.
